in home mother centered care with attention to physiological baby care
trained in Innate Postpartum Care, I am a provider who focuses on the 5 cross cultural basics first and foremost as a preventative and baseline. This includes: rest, nutrition, warmth, bodywork, and community. We will discuss your immediate to tertiary needs and I will observe the unspoken as well, see if there are direct ways to support you as a care provider and give you referrals. Also, most importantly, involve support people in your life and help you identify ways to incorporate more care practices and define “your village” so you are more resourced!
for those adjusting to new life and/or loss and seasoned parents revisiting the postpartum period as a way of healing the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual. Postpartum is for all - miscarriage, abortion, 2 weeks to 20+ years after baby!
womxn wellness consults that focus on listening to womxn’s intuition, referrals, direct education, and care practices I can provide in person or virtually. I lean into Tami Lynn Kent’s “Mothering from Your Center” book a lot for my own personal life and in my practice.
it can look very different for everyone and may include: meal or snack prep, light cleaning, laundry, child care support, prepping sitz bath and light foot massage with foot bath prep and cup of tea on the coach, returning to work prep conversations, relationship tending and family strengthening, placenta planting ceremony, birth story or postpartum deep listening.

makes for a great baby registry item
in my experience, it can also make for a great postpartum item after the first 3 months, often referred to as “the fourth trimester” is over and the mother or postpartum person is still in need of loving care and support.

“I walked into that hospital ready, but things shifted on me and I’m forever grateful to you.”
