Yoga & Art for Body Connection
Join Special Guest Vanessa Veiock as she guides us in some movement together. Vanessa is a trained yogi and will give alternative forms of movement to participants who are pregnant. We will also be doing some art together that explores our connection with our bodies, in particular our pelvic bowl regions. Training from Tami Lynn Kent’s work Wild Feminine will guide our art activity.

Myths vs Facts
Let’s talk myths vs facts, shall we? It’s April Fool’s Day after all. Furthermore, how intuition and wisdom plays in to all of it. What is our guiding compass for how we make decisions? We’ll debunk some ideas around chestfeeding to labor to recovery methods in the postpartum. Facilitated from the perspective of a trained student midwife, certified doula and lactation counselor.
